After studying at the Conservatories of Mâcon and Lyon, saxophonist Yonatan Hes headed to the Berklee School of Music. After a stint at the KCB in Brussels, he ended up at the Paris Conservatory. It was between these venues that he forged a musical openness born of encounters with musicians such as Jacques Baguet, François Gallix, Tia Fuller, Edmar Colòn, Jeroen Van Herzeele... He developed a very dense and polychromatic playing style on stage, with influences ranging from Cannonball Adderley to Steve Coleman. ----------- ROUND MIDNIGHT JAM IS A NEW FORMAT, A LATE JAM SESSION AFTER THE MAIN GIG ON FRIDAY.
