On Wednesday 10 September from 4:30PM, UR Square hosts the 5th edition of SoUper Marché in Building M (Manège). This monthly gathering celebrates sustainable food and the people behind it: fresh fruits, vegetables and local products from Le Pédalo Coopérative and Ferme Laute, food surplus distribution with Le Panier du cœur, zero-waste workshops with Juju Foodies, microbrewery Waain Kameraden, adaptogenic mushrooms from SousBois, pay-what-you-want BBQ, homemade sweets and local drinks. An open, friendly and engaging afternoon in Ixelles for everyone.
